Introduction and Acceptance

2.3 One Person — One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses or winnings will be considered void. If multiple accounts are detected, hhbd1 reserves the right to permanently ban all such accounts.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account or security breach must be reported to hhbd1 immediately.

hhbd1 generally completes the withdrawal process within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must have sufficient funds in your account and have met any applicable wagering requirements. hhbd1 may temporarily delay a withdrawal if verification is needed.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, hhbd1 may request that a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process be completed for large withdrawal amounts. In such cases, a photo of your national ID or passport may be required. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit at hhbd1 will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. This bonus can be received only once and applies to a single account only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Certain games may contribute differently toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• hhbd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply simultaneously — please read the individual terms of each offer.
• If misuse of the bonus system or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be suspended.

4.4 VIP Program

The hhbd1 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Players who remain regularly active may have the opportunity to be promoted to a higher tier at hhbd1's discretion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Providers

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• Inconsistencies in account information or provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the hhbd1 support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between hhbd1 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings. If any part of these Terms is declared unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.

Any delay or failure by hhbd1 to enforce a term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
